We offer simple, 100% off-grid and eco-friendly lodging at a no-frills price. If you want a clean, safe and interesting spot to stay, where you can see the daily life of conservation rangers and staff, surrounded by nature and starry night skies, come and stay with us!
Please note that our BunkHouse rate does not include 9% Belize Tourism Board Accommodation Tax. All guests are required to register and sign the BTB Guest Registration Book upon arrival.
Offers 8 bunk beds (2 beds per bunk) which can accommodate a total of 16 guests. One of the bunk beds is in a small separate private room and 7 are dormitory style in a large shared area. There are also several tables and chairs. We provide your bedding, soap and towel, but you’ll need to bring your own additional needed toiletries. Lockers are available for valuables if required.
Adirondack (lounge) chairs are available on the field station verandah for relaxation. Close by to the BunkHouse are 2 cold water showers and 2 composting toilets with a great view into the jungle.
Nightly Rate: US $20 per bed. Discounted rates are available for large groups.
You can set up tent (tent rental available) on our spacious camping area. The space can easily accommodate up to 10 tents.
You will have access to 2 cold water, rain-fed showers and 2 composting toilets with a great view into the jungle. Don’t forget to bring a towel and any additional toiletries you may need.
Nightly Rate: US $5 per person per night. Discount is available for guests staying with us for 5+ nights.
Tents which can accommodate 2 persons are available for rent at US $6 per night.
We are happy to arrange meals during your stay with us. All meals are US $7.50 per person, per meal which includes a drink (delivery costs not included).
Meals are prepared by local Maya women’s groups using locally sourced produce from sustainable farms. All meals are prepared fresh to ensure you get a taste of the real southern Belize local delicacy!
Packed lunches are also available for those traveling or backpacking for the day. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
